Dear Patrons,

I realized my writing was all over the place for the past update so I’ve made some changes to clean up the wording especially to the description of the BIZARRE BAZAAR project.

As the Doe Patrol does more research, their findings are ever evolving and these changes are reflected at the INDEX PAGE. Some of them include:

• changing the Twin Feast Society to Shuāng Lián Society (Twin Lotus Society)
• Added “Mark of the Feast“
• The Temple of the Diarchy is found to be the all encompassing religious branch, and other infiltrated religious branches (eg. Occulti Vaticani) will be the subcategory. The changes come as the Doe Patrol found out that religious infiltration is wider and deeper than they had realized
• Added “Fruit Basket Killer”

I’ve also added a story “Norwegian Blondes” to the short story section, excellently written by Tobban. Sorry to have only come to this much later as it was sent to me more than a year ago! I hope he returns to write many more tales.

The following are projects along with synopsis. It will mostly be repeated from previous journals but I will make some updates as the story evolves. If you see the project name without images, it means there are bonus images available through the exclusive download link found below below.

SLENDER HARVEST: PORTE-JAMBE (new)

We follow the story of a found object once auctioned off at an estate sale in Los Angeles property once owned by a movie producer active during the Golden Age of Hollywood. The size is all wrong for a  typical jamon holder for it is far too long. The antique collector is perplexed by the nature of this object and the mysterious etchings found on its surface until a mysterious character comes bearing interest in the item and an offer to purchase it at a very generous amount.

LOBSTER’S BALL: AQUARIUM

LOBSTER’S BALL, a large cargo vessel sails through global trade routes containing shipping containers that aren’t just like any other for they have been repurposed for indescribable horrors. With each port of call, it brings death and banquets. Dinners where its patrons could view their exquisite meals trapped in glass boxes, like picking live seafood out of a restaurant aquarium.

LOBSTER’S BALL: AGONY OF DEFEAT

The dreaded cargo vessel LOBSTER’S BALL makes its port of call in New Orleans. Masquerades. Mardi Gras. Processions. Voodoo. A celebrated collegiate gymnast who has drawn the ire of the sports commission executives with dark appetites. But first, they would like to watch her use those fine muscles to run, jump and escape. You could call it, staying with the seafood theme, a kind of a “Squid Game“.

OCCULTI VATICANI: CLAUSI CUM CLAVE

An American tourist has been marked by a seller targeting tourists in Rome’s most popular attraction. However to her surprise, the seller wasn’t the usual scam artist, for he did not ask for payment and she left happily wearing a pretty green woven bracelet. Little does she know that this gift asks something much more of her in return, to become an integral partipant in a ritual for those who dwell below. 

A disgraced American chef desperate to climb back the ladder in the world of culinary excellence visits Rome for a different reason. Seeing the newspaper with the words “Donna Americana Scomparsa” leaves him feeling overcome with shame for he knows of the true fate of the missing tourist.

FRUIT BASKET KILLER (new)

A serial killer operating on the Eastern Coast of the U.S. responsible for a string of disappearances and murders. Only the victims’ heads are left in a fruit basket on a kitchen counter of various unoccupied homes that have been put up on the market. However, the rest of the bodies are unaccounted for. The victims tend to be housewives, teachers and counselors from well-to-do families and the FBI have built an extensive profile of the potential suspects, that the perpetrator might be a young troubled youth who harbors resentment to teachers and older women.

POSTMILLENNIAL (revived)

A young independent and strong young woman of the modern times falls for a mysterious and charming man of sophistication. He invites her to his apartment, where over time, she discovers that they have more in common than she had expected and slowly falls in love with him. But he has something sinister and delicious in store for her.

MOVEABLE FEAST: XANADU

A real estate agent hoping to land the sale of her lifetime, a once beloved mall in her neighborhood. Many memories were formed in the old abandoned megaplex, a sad tale of times past, the golden age of the 90’s and the 00’s of happier times where the young go out to eat, buy and play. Like old VHS tapes and Atari game consoles, it too has gone out of style. This time, the mall will embed within its place a terrible and indelible memory of its own, a fleeting and temporary reverie, before burying all its secrets, destroying all evidence of horrific ritual acts that had consecrated the ground of this condemned building for its new dark purpose for the Kronos Consortium.

LÉGION IMPOSSIBLE: VANISHING TRIANGLE

A group of girls hike organize a trip in the beautiful rural countryside in Ireland’s Wild Nephin, to help one of them recover from a traumatic experience that had her barely escape with her life years before while on a religious mission in the Middle East. However, the Emerald isles isn’t a land of just faeries and leprechauns but also harbors deep superstition and old pagan beliefs that also serve as a nexus for the mysterious legend of the Green Man. Young women have gone missing here before. And soon enough, they find themselves being hunted by forces unknown, yet not too unfamiliar for one of the girls.

Here’s where I revisit and dig up some of my old physically drawn artworks that I’ve scanned. I’ll try to do this once every so often. I’ve not really set up anything officially yet, but I’m slowly opening the door to the thought of selling these original hand-drawn artworks for those who are interested.
