Journal 22: An Announcement to the Current State of the Circle

How shall we begin?

First off I shall send my thanks for your patience, and apologies for the long wait for the next update. Truth be told, we have recently hit a bad patch after one major avenue of a payment gateway had been flagged and taken down. In one sense I have to be philosophical and accept that this is the state of the world and of course the dark subject matter that is hard to swallow *pun intended* for the mainstream audience outside of the fantasy. One may call it a call to censor and take down free speech or one's fantasies. Others may call it a defense of decency. What is right? It is up for interpretation. Here, we do not judge you for whatever imperfect thoughts that you may have, nor do we encourage or corrupt these said ideas into action. Fantasies are fantasies. We only show a mirror of what was always there, but hidden. Then through this catharsis, an acceptance as a whole so that one may quarantine these desires in just that dark corner of the mind and not manifest them into reality. This has always been a place to share stories dark and sensual, and to welcome those who are on the fringes.

Also, as some of you loyal customers know, the site has moved on from pure kink art to that of a larger story through the Tales of the Vanished series of stories following recurring characters of my own creation, such as the Family Van Duyne: Cristoph, Castor, Lucian & Caliban, the Osnovatel Kokhorov, The Chinese Matron, Wynn "Big Game" Hunter, Carlos "Anibal the Cannibal" Zepeda, and many more. It is a passion project one where I channel the wicked delights of Eyes Wide Shut, the delicious artistry of Hannibal, the grim bleakness of True Detective, the dreamlike sexuality of Twin Peaks and the conspiratorial dread of HP Lovecraft.

Here, we are only interested in the telling of tales through the lens of combining the primal desires of our nature, the hunger for food and the hunger for sexual pleasures. These stories can be told through the Tales of the Vanished series, through one's own original voice and style and for this, and one way or another I hope to continue serving you all. Your support is much appreciated.

Through this obstacle, I will still attempt to make updates, but we hope understandably, our service will be for now, temporarily interrupted until we find a new footing and a system we can be comfortable with.

But as much of our time is spent thinking of our approach of how we operate in this corner of the web, again, we apologize beforehand for delays. We recognize that some of you may have paid for the most recent month, so for this I shall attempt to put out updates whenever I can though not as frequent until we solve this issue. If any of you felt that you may have missed some meals, feel welcome to send me a message through the contact page.

With this, a light serving of dishes so you all know that the kitchen lights are still on and victuals will still be presented. Stay tuned for further news but in the meantime, to show that there are still plenty of stories to tell and art to be completed, here attached in this post are are a sampling of some of the works in progress and a few more for Gourmet Club Subscribers.
